One hour for high schoolers and one and a half hours for university students. We can meet longer for a prorated amount if pre-arranged or no other students are scheduled for that time.

Any high school chemistry class including: IPC, on-level, Honors (Pre-AP), or AP. Some high schools even offer Organic Chemistry--I am an Organic chemist, so of course I can help with that also!

These are the University level courses I tutor: General Chemistry (semesters 1 and 2); Organic Chemistry (semesters 1 and 2); Bioorganic Chemistry.

What about Biochemistry? Sure, all the way up to where the class becomes more Molecular Biology focused.

Can you tutor me in math and physics also? I could, but I prefer to be a subject matter expert rather than a Jack of All Trades. I work with several math and physics tutors and can refer you to them.

Yes. Some students prefer to pay ahead of time for several sessions.

We can meet once if needed or we can meet every week that you have chemistry. There is no restriction.

Last minute sessions are sometimes unavoidable--Dr. McPhee will do his best to get you on the schedule.

Yes. For some students this option can be beneficial. Consult with Dr. McPhee to see if this is this method is right for you and also for group rates.

While I do possess substantial expertise in these areas, my preference is as a subject matter expert in chemistry. I can refer you to my math and physics colleagues for help in those areas.

Yes, Sunday afternoons are generally available.

Yes. As long as that time slot is available. A prorated amount will be charged.

Try to contact me 24 hours in advance if possible so that I can update my planner.

If the session was prepaid, we will get you rescheduled.

If the session has not yet been paid for, we will find out why the session was missed so that future meetings wont be missed.

Dr. McPhee likes to send out reminders the day of tutoring because he knows that students lives can be hectic and they appreciate a quick reminder.
